Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Northern Ireland, UK.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and may take longer due to customs.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Pryvit Ceramics cannot be responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees that may apply in their country.
